What We Do
Nutrition Comparison is a science-based dietary supplement review platform. Our mission is to bring transparency to a market that is often saturated with exaggerated marketing claims. Each guide takes one category, reads every Supplement Facts panel in it, normalizes the numbers into the same units, and ranks what is left on dose, form, third-party verification, and cost per gram of active nutrient.
Guided and fact checked by a team of industry professionals, including longevity researchers, sports coaches, and community health experts, we spend thousands of hours dissecting labels, analyzing dosages, and evaluating clinical studies. The work is documentary rather than clinical. We are not a laboratory and we do not run assays. What we do is remove the two things that make supplement shopping hard: labels that hide the real dose behind a serving size, and product pages that quote research on a compound rather than on the product in your hand.
From daily multivitamins and joint support formulas to performance whey proteins, every guide is read and fact checked by a second member of the team before publication. Where the evidence for a compound is thin, we say so rather than filling the gap with confident-sounding copy.
What We Stand For
Panel over packaging
Every figure we publish comes from the Supplement Facts panel or a certificate of analysis, never from the claim on the front of the bottle.
Same units, every product
Active nutrient per serving, per dollar, and per day. Normalizing the numbers is what makes a comparison honest.
Fact checked, not self-published
A second member of the team checks every dose, upper limit, and interaction claim against published research before a guide publishes.
Thin evidence named as thin
For compounds where human data barely exists, we say that in the guide instead of writing around it.

How We Make Money
Affiliate disclosureNutrition Comparison is reader-funded through affiliate commissions. When you buy through a link on this site we may earn a commission, paid by the retailer rather than by you, and it does not vary by brand or product.
No manufacturer pays for placement, a score, or a mention, and no brand sees a guide before it publishes. We do not accept sponsored reviews, free product in exchange for coverage, or paid inclusion in a comparison table. Where a product we rank highly has no affiliate program, it still gets ranked highly.

Everything on this site is educational. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with your own clinician who knows your history and your medications.
Supplements interact with prescription drugs, and some carry real upper limits. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a condition, taking anticoagulants, or scheduled for surgery, get your dose from a clinician rather than from a buying guide, including ours.
Corrections & Contact
Formulas get reformulated, labels get revised, and prices move daily. If you find a figure that no longer matches the bottle, tell us. We check it against the current label, fix it in place, and note substantial changes in the update line at the top of the guide. For anything else, the contact page has our details.
